My Football Career — a football career simulator

You don't play the matches. You make the decisions that decide who you become: the kid who burned out at twenty, the idol of one terrace, or the name people argue about forever.

Create a player, steal two traits from footballing archetypes in the Legend Draft, choose the club where you start, and guide a career from the academy to retirement across 90 real clubs and 12 leagues.

What you decide

• Where to start: a giant where you fight for every minute, or a small club where you play from day one.
• What to train: two attributes each preseason. What you don't work on barely improves.
• Transfers: January and summer windows, loans, contract renewals and offers from abroad.
• Your career off the pitch: over a hundred decisions about managers, agents, the press, the dressing room and your own head.

How it works

Every season runs match by match across your league, domestic cup and the continental competition your club qualified for — Champions League, Europa League, Copa Libertadores or Copa Sudamericana, depending on where you finished last season. You compete for your place against real signings, managers change and rate you differently, injuries cost you months, and your ceiling is never revealed: scouts only ever give you an estimate.

Careers end with a verdict, from Wasted Talent to Immortal, based on goals, assists, trophies, Ballon d'Or wins, World Cups and everything you built along the way.
